The UC Chicanx Latinx Alumni Association (UC CLAA), Chicanx Latinx Alumni Association of UC Berkeley – Bay Area Chapter, Berkeley Chicanx Latinx Alumni Association (CLAA), Cal Alumni Association (CAA), and University Development and Alumni Relations invite you to the next statewide UC CLAA Summit on Saturday, October 25, 2025.
From Connection to Coalition: Celebrating Latino Alumni and the Communities We Build
This gathering honors the legacy and future of Latino alumni at Berkeley—lifelong students whose stories illuminate the power of connection, joy, and shared purpose. Rooted in the meanings of alumni, community, and coalition, we celebrate how engagement between students, staff, faculty, and alumni becomes unity, and unity becomes movement. Together, we build not just networks, but history.
Join your UC alumni community for a day filled with inspiring updates, networking, and thought-provoking discussions on how we can continue to thrive as a community.
The UC CLAA is a statewide collective of Latinx alumni from all ten UC campuses whose mission is to support the overall advancement of the UC to better serve the needs of the on-campus and off-campus Chicanx Latinx community including alumni, staff, faculty, and students.

Alumni House is located on the south side of the UC Berkeley campus, east of the Haas Pavilion, north of Zellerbach Hall, and southwest of Dwinelle Hall. The nearest off-campus intersection is Bancroft Way and Dana St, which is just downhill from the intersection of Telegraph Ave and Bancroft Way.

6-13-24 MOLAA Latinx Alumni Meeting in LB
This is a fantastic opportunity to engage in meaningful discussions with fellow Cal Alumni about mentorship and entrepreneurship. Our distinguished speakers include:
- Carlos Delherra ’99: Co-Owner of Mosaic Investment Partners, which operates over 25 student housing properties at USC, with $80 million in total asset value and $50 million in student housing projects under development. Mosaic Student Communities is a leading student housing property management company at USC.
- Jasmine Mora ’07: A seasoned executive leader with over 15 years of experience in both the public and private sectors, including roles in the US Congress, Airbnb, and TikTok. Jasmine is passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion and currently focuses on social impact work in philanthropy, advocating for mission-driven, values-based organizations.
